VHF Interferometer
Very High Frequency Interferometer

The Very High Frequency (VHF) Interferometer is a ground-based broadband interferometer system. It detects lightning by measuring the radio frequency signals radiated from lightning strikes. The VHF Interferometer system consists of 3 VHF antennas and one fast antenna. It operates across the 30-300 MHz frequency band.
